Acumatica’s annual meeting of customers, partners, media and analyst participants, Summit 2019 is now in the rear view. This exciting week of learning, keynotes, and anticipation took place in Houston, TX at the end of January, and brought together more than 1,500 attendees at the largest Acumatica Summit event ever.

Every year, the Acumatica partner and customer ecosystem gathers in one place for a week of exploring Acumatica’s newest releases, working towards product certifications, and forming the connections that lead to greater success.
Day One: A Look Back and Exciting Announcements
Day 1 was full of exciting discussions and announcements. Looking back at 2018, a year that saw 88 percent new revenue growth, six key industry awards including the SIIA CODiE Award for Best Cloud ERP Solution and Best Manufacturing Solution in 2018 and PC Mag Editor’s Choice for the Best Inventory Management Software of 2018, and more.
At the Day 1 keynote, CEO John Roskill shared Acumatica’s path to 5,200 customers, processing 160 million+ ERP transactions per month, 103 million logons per year in 2018 (all with a 99.999% uptime), and 97% support satisfaction, as well as the developments that will help the company sustain its success in 2019. Highlights included:
- The new Alexa skill that lets you operate Acumatica with voice commands!
- Summary of the six industry awards Acumatica earned in 2018.
- Announcement of a new long-term agreement with international distributor Cegid.
- Exciting new integrations with Microsoft, Google, and Tableau Software.
Day 2: The Future is Here
Acumatica has continued to innovate, delivering new features and functionality at a rapid pace. Due to its 100% partner sales strategy, Acumatica is driven by a workforce that’s made up of 74 percent research and development staff, so you can expect big things ahead.
In the Day 2 Keynote, CEO Jon Roskill outlined Acumatica’s path for 2019 and how developers are working on delivering real-world solutions to real-world problems. “We love technology, but it’s not technology for technology’s sake. It’s technology and how we can apply it to very pragmatic problems in the real world,” Jon said. “I think that’s what Acumatica is really, really good at.”
This event shared a look at the big picture and the road ahead while continuing to improve seamless cross-module workflows and delivering the most requested new features. Highlights included:
