Acumatica 2022 R1 - New Email Features
In Acumatica ERP, you can create emails directly from the forms you use to create entities related to customer relationship management (CRM), such as leads, contacts, business accounts, marketing lists, marketing campaigns, opportunities, sales quotes, projects, project tasks, project quotes, cases, and employees. While viewing any of these entities on its data entry form, you can create a task associated with it and track all emails (and other activities) related to the entity.

Acumatica 2022 R1 - New Search Method
Searching in Acumatica ERP gives you the ability to quickly open a form (or a record on a form), find a file, find a help topic, or find a record in a recently viewed list of records
In Acumatica 2022 R1, you can now configure your search method based on how you do business.
Acumatica 2022 R1 - CRM Events and Internal Cases
In Acumatica ERP, various business processes are executed, which may require the monitoring of particular activities and conditions in the system. To eliminate the need for a user to monitor these business processes, you can configure the system to monitor the company data and to perform an action (such as sending an email notification or performing the instructions defined by an import scenario) or multiple actions in the system.
In Acumatica 2022 R1, there are new CRM features specific to events, reading emails, and how support cases extends to internal employees.
Acumatica 2022 R1 - Blanket Sales Order Functionality
For distributors, retailers, and commerce merchants, blanket sales orders simplify long-term customer sales agreements.
They are typically made when your customer has committed to purchase a certain quantity that needs to deliver in multiple, smaller shipments on a specified schedule.
